ColdSnap is a commercial frozen treat machine built for auto dealerships, gyms, hotels, corporate offices, golf clubs, airport lounges, micro markets, and more. It is not designed for home use.

Powered by patented freeze-on-demand technology, ColdSnap freezes each serving inside a sealed pod in around two minutes with no staff, no prep, no cleanup. Pods are shelf-stable, so there is no freezer storage, no cold-chain logistics, and no spoilage. Because the product never contacts the machine, there is nothing to sanitize between serves.

    What are the installation requirements?

    ColdSnap is designed for simple setup:

    • Standard 120V outlet (15 amp minimum)
    • No water line
    • No drain
    • No external refrigeration
    How much space does the machine require?

    The machine is countertop-sized and designed to fit into existing environments such as break rooms, lounges, or service counters. The dimensions are 17.75x19.5Lx11.5W.
    We do recommend always having one of our merchandising racks, as well as disposables like bowls, spoons, and napkins available handle. Adding a few toppings also go a long way to make the ColdSnap station a treat destination.

    Does the machine require special plumbing?

    No. ColdSnap is fully self-contained and requires no plumbing line.

    Can the machine be installed in different environments?

    Yes. It works in most indoor commercial environments. ColdSnap machines can be utilized anywhere with a standard electrical outlet with 15 amp minimum. Coldsnap machines should not be stored outdoors or exposed to excess moisture.

    Maintenance & Support

    Does the machine require daily cleaning?

    No. Because the product is fully contained within the pod, there is no food contact
    inside the machine.

    What maintenance is required?

    ColdSnap is designed for minimal maintenance. Maintenance involves taking five minutes to remove and wash the drip tray, wipe down the inner ring, backsplash, and evaporator plate.

    What happens if the machine needs service?
