Thank you for your interest in the ColdSnap Early Adopter Program. As an early adopter, you’ll be among the first home customers to experience ColdSnap’s innovative approach to making fresh frozen confections on-demand.

A limited number of ColdSnap machines are certified for home use. Each home Early Adopter Program ColdSnap machine is priced at $2,750, plus applicable tax and shipping. Pods are sold separately.

In exchange for first access to one of ColdSnap’s certified home machines, Early Adopter Program customers will provide ColdSnap with valuable feedback to inform future product development.

We are not launching broadly for home use at this time – Coldsnap machines are for commercial use only, unless indicated otherwise through our home Early Adopter Program.

Below are frequently asked questions specifically addressing ColdSnap’s home Early Adopter Program.

ColdSnap will sell a limited number of machines certified for home use. In exchange for early access to one of ColdSnap’s certified home machines, Early Adopter Program buyers will provide ColdSnap with valuable feedback that to inform future product development. We are not launching broadly for home use at this time – Coldsnap machines are for commercial use only, unless indicated otherwise through our home Early Adopter program.

Once you’ve registered, ColdSnap will evaluate your information to determine a potential match with Early Adopter Program goals. If selected for the Early Adopter Program, you will receive instructions on how to purchase your machine.

The Program will run for a limited time. Product availability will evolve based on product development and other factors. ColdSnap reserves the right to discontinue, modify, and/or evolve the Early Adopter Program at its sole discretion.

Early Adopter Program participants will be provided with a unique coupon code to purchase a ColdSnap machine for $2750 via our online store. Ice cream and other pods will also be sold through the ColdSnap online store at list price – prices subject to change per flavor.

  1. Exclusive access to a ColdSnap home machine. Other than a small number of authorized home units, ColdSnap machines are for commercial use only.
  2. Direct feedback to product development teams. Influence new pod flavors, product features, user experiences, and more!
  3. Dedicated support. As an Early Adopter, you’ll have access to your own “ColdSnap concierge” to help you get started with ColdSnap. You’ll also have access to a dedicated support team for troubleshooting and any questions.
