Quick Fixes to Get Your Frozen Treat in a Snap:

Suggested fix: Restart the machine

  1. Turn the machine off
  2. Ensure no pod is in machine
  3. Close the slide
  4. Power on the machine

Suggested fix: Push the slide back as far as it can go, and then re-close the slide.

Suggest fix: Ensure pod is in the correct orientation. 

Ensure the pod is upright in the machine with the QR code on top and the ridged cap on the bottom. You may need to gently wiggle until it drops in place.
