The Role:

We are seeking a full-timeAccount Manager to join our growing team at our facility in Billerica, MA. This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of the team that helps implement the ColdSnap sales strategy. The ideal candidate can also see ColdSnap sales opportunities, develop a robust lead pipeline, and execute on those opportunities by closing ColdSnap sales transactions. ColdSnap will sell the ColdSnap system into offices and other commercial establishments including (but not limited to): hospitals, car dealerships, educational institutions, hotels and sports venues. ColdSnap will sell into these commercial establishments both: a) through distributors & operators, and b) on a direct-to-account basis. An ideal candidate would therefore have experience with B2C sales and more, specifically, selling into the Office Coffee System (OFC), office pantry, vending, micro market and/or food service ecosystems. ColdSnap is pre-selling ColdSnap appliances in anticipation of a Fall 2023 commercial launch.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers
  • Diligently identify leads, educate prospects on the ColdSnap system through calls and demonstrations, and convert these leads into new ColdSnap customers
  • Visit with distributors & operators throughout the country and demonstrate how the ColdSnap systems works
  • Communicate findings back to the ColdSnap team. A strong note taker is preferred
  • Provide ColdSnap customers with excellent account management and customer service
  • Coordinate with other ColdSnap team members as needed to optimize the sales effort and support the National and Regional Strategic Account Managers as needed
  • Ability and enthusiasm for travel – up to 50% of time

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or customer-service related field
  • B2C sales experience is valued – specifically into the above-mentioned establishments (offices, hospitals, car dealerships, hotels, etc.)
  • Ability to listen to the marketplace, see new ColdSnap sales opportunities, and capitalize on those opportunities
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
  • Ability to meet deadlines and shift priorities as needed
  • Outgoing with the ability to make meaningful connections quickly

The Role:

We are seeking a full-time Information Technology Manager to join our growing team at our facility in Billerica, MA. This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of the team that helps to ensure that all information system requirements are fulfilled. We are looking for a highly motivated IT Manager to implement and maintain IT solutions that will result in smooth technological use for all employees. The individual will engage in monitoring cyber security, managing licenses, along with improving IT performance and overall work productivity. The ideal candidate would be a self-starter with a strong technological background to demonstrate strategic thinking and planning skills to meet ColdSnap’s goals.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate information technology-related activities
  • Manage the onboarding and access of computer software for employees
  • Make recommendations for improving information technology infrastructure
  • Ensure that all devices and networks are up to date for better user experience
  • Address all suspicious activities that could put the company’s security at risk
  • Help define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and process
  • Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software related to internal IT
  • Work closely with other department managers to assess the growth needs and maintenance of the company’s network

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similar field
  • 3-5 years of experience working in the information technology field
  • Deep understanding of computer programming, software and development, databases and data storage and computer network security
  • Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructure across various technologies

ColdSnap seeks candidates with a proven track record of client account management and/or sales success within the food and facilities (or related) industry.

  • Manage assigned food service and facility management clients
  • Establish excellent communication with key clients
  • Demonstrate the ColdSnap system to key clients and, in turn, to their end-customer accounts. These end-customer accounts may include, for example: business & industry, car dealerships, hotels, airlines, sports stadiums, convention centers. healthcare and educational facilities
  • Monitor ColdSnap performance at key clients, ensuring superb client support and satisfaction
  • Identify new business leads within the various divisions of our key clients – and generate new sales and growth opportunities by exploiting these new business opportunities. Grow ColdSnap business within client
  • Field client inquiries; develop and implement solutions to client problems quickly. Problem-solving, partnering and cross-selling
  • Proactively recommend and implement ColdSnap improvements that benefit our clients

The Role:

We are seeking a full-time Production Associate to join our growing team at our facility in Billerica, MA. The Production Associate will be responsible for assembling goods and monitoring the process to effectively meet production goals and deliver product to our customers. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is self-driven, adaptable, and detail oriented.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the efficiency of the production line to ensure timely load and shipment
  • Assemble and prepare goods for shipping
  • Observe and remove faulty product parts from assembly line
  • Maintain proper storage for material and product inventory
  • Operate and maintain machinery and production line equipment
  • Keep both a clean workstation and production floor
  • Report any issues to supervisor
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

The Role:

We are seeking a full-time Quality Control inspector to join our growing team at our facility in Billerica, MA. This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of the team that helps support the success of our product. The ideal candidate would be a self starter who is detail-oriented and independent.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming and outgoing materials at our manufacturing facility
  • Maintain detailed records of all products received to our facility
  • Conduct inspections of product to ensure they conform to specifications
  • Verify incoming shipments by scanning barcodes to store information to computers
  • Unpack shipment deliveries and maintain shipping documents
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment
  • Perform other tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with GD&T (General Dimensioning and Tolerance)
  • Shipping and receiving experience
  • Experience using general inspection equipment: tape measure, ruler, micrometers, calipers, gage pins

The Role:

We are seeking a full-time Stamping, Tooling, & Die Maker to join our growing team at our facility in Billerica, MA. This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of the team that helps support the success of our product. The Stamping, Tooling, and Die Maker will be responsible for analyzing, setting up, and operating machinery, equipment, and other mechanisms. The ideal candidate would be an organized self-starter who is driven and can work both individually and as a team.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Run manual machines, lathes, mills, drill press, etc. 
  • Set up tooling required for each operation
  • General repair of machines and die cast dies
  • Verification to part print of the part being run
  • Qualify part during running and after completion
  • Break down and complete PM’s on units and dies as they cycle through
  • Work on metal forming
  • Trouble shoot all equipment on the plant floor
  • Repair tooling and issues in die cast machines
  • Record and transfer information between shifts
  • Read and complete work orders
  • Other tasks as assigned work

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Journeyman Tool & Die Certification
  • Manufacturing and Machine Shop experience
  • Able to perform duties of Machinist
  • Experience with metal forming
  • Good math and communication skills
  • Ability to lift 10 pounds daily and up to 50 pounds occasionally
